Here is a sample of the latest i8910 firmware 720p video, recorded on I8910TGYIH1. Which happens to be the latest known firmware release. Many of you were after a video sample in order to compare this to the Italian IG2 release. As you can see the video is more or less the same. It does stutter in the beginning a little. Dropping to 22fps. Just short of the 24fps advertised.
(Sorry about the jerking footage, my hand was shaking after 1 hour of Go-Karting)

In my opinion it is a bit less than IG2. Moving object is not as smooth as IG2.

i still havent debranded my phone . the main reason why i bought the phone was the superior video quality than any on the the market. i can live with a few frames skipping now and again if i have to . my main problem is the sound even if this is the update which i think has the new codec it is still a far way from reasonable quality . . how the hell did samsung let this phone out the lab like it is .

Yep, I’ve recently bought this phone just because of its HD video filming. The quality of filming video is ok but the filming sound is really bad so I would not sayt that this phone is worth to say that it is an HD phone.

Filming quality is super, but the audio is still… even after the AMR -> AAC update is horrible…. truly horrible.

I’ve recently paid 15 quids to unlock mine. Really dont know where to find a free one.
