Hello guys…

My friend had a samsung i8910 hd with old firmware but when i told him about new roms , he asked me to install one in his phone….so he gave it to me…

Error started as follows::::

1. First symbian rom flashing tool started showing error after downloading was started in download status area that it is unable to write data via usb..

2. After sometime in connection and progress area, i see fail after downloading to modem was finished..

3. For several hours phone got connected but nothing happened..

So i removed the phone and restart the phone but it wont start and i just see the light on the screen….

Help me guys…plz….. I m very poor…i cannot buy him a new one …

So plz… Help……….

hi, i need some help whith my samsung i8910 hd im only 12 so i dont know a lot about computers but im trying to debrand my phone but i can’t download de unbranded firmware or flashing drivers so culd any one send me some link or 2 so then i can get on doing the rest well good bye hopferly someone can help .

I had an i8910 branded to buggery by Orange…I have now successfully de-branded the phone to how Samsung intended. It’s not much different really

They have done it over at http://share4gsm.com/index.php?strona=files&act=/Samsung/GT-I8910

Think you have to stump up 15 euro for access, but over at http://samsungi8910omnia.com/forum/omnia-hd-firmware-discussion/new-flashing-program-and-firmware-released-tomorrow/90/ they seem to think it works.
